This ANDEBUG tool can not open trace file, need
copy the trace to word format.

V5 interface can not come up
- Have you configured clock source from LE?
- Does your E1 link come up, or down. If down,
please check E1 connection.
- V5 parameter configuration, we need detailed LE
configured data, V5 ID, variant, E1 link, C channel,
POTS group address. Make sure your V5 parameter
match with LE data.
- Use ANDEBU to check V5 message register

- Whether your V5 user is not configured in LE
database
