This election is about strengthening our economy. I plan to increase economic opportunity

by focusing on the issues of small business, education, and workforce development. Small

businesses are vital to improving our economy as the create approximately 65% of all new jobs.

We need to help small businesses succeed by having fewer regulations, lower taxes, and an easier

tax process. As a small business owner and a husband to a teacher, I know how important

education is to our economy. We need to continue improving our public schools by eliminating

wasteful spending, increasing school revenue, and having higher standards. Workforce

development helps prepare our young people for quality jobs and attracts new business to the area.

LCCC and JVS are leaders in the job training industry and we need to ensure that they are given

struggles small business owners face because I am one myself. As a prosecutor, I see the

types of problems that can happen in the absence of good opportunities, and I think I can

help change that. This is my home, and I care deeply for our community. Lorain County
