TrueXessory-PA: FuelCons innovative and
easy-to-use adapters for pouch cell testing with
Evaluator-B battery test stations.
TrueXessory pouch adapters are especially
designed for safe and easy connection of
all common pouch cell formats with parallel
terminal lugs. With the TrueXessory-PA, terminal
lugs are placed between the two copper block
contacts and securely fxed by screws that can
be tightened with a defned torque moment.
Load and sense lines as well as temperature
measurement devices can be connected with
the adapter contacts.
The adapter is mounted onto a fully-anodized
aluminum support plate that guarantees the
exact and stable positioning of the pouch cell
and optimum heat transfer.

TrueXessory-PA allows a reliable and
reproducible connection of pouch cells within
the test lab. Thanks to the robust design and
construction of the adapter and the support
plate, the TrueXessory-PA is also ideally suited
for pouch-cell testing in test chambers or testing
directly on temperature plates.
Applying our TrueXessory-PA considerably
reduces the time required for a safe
connection of pouch cells. Additionally, the
ideal positioning of sensor connections
signifcantly increases measurement accuracy in
pouch cell testing.
