Araidershallbeentitleto30Secondstotouchaplayeroftheopponentteamorbeing
touchedfromthetimehecrossthegatelineandbacktohiscourt.Ifaraidertouching
anydefenderorhavingtouchedbyadefendertouchesthegatelinewithanypartofhis
bodyorcrossesitwithoutinfringementoftheserulewithin30seconds,heshallbe
awardedonepoint.Ifdefender(stopper)holdstheraiderinhis'Pala'duringandupto
those30seconds,apointshallbeawardedtothestopper.Theraiderhasoption/rightto
giveupstrugglingwithinortheexpirationofthat30secondsperiodhoweverinthatcase
apointwillbeawardedtothestopper(Defender).
Touch
Thetouchmeansthecontactbyorwithanypartofthebodyofaraiderordefender.
Raid
Whenaraidergoesfromhiscourtintothecourtoftheopposingteam,itiscalledaraid.
NORAIDERSHALLBEALLOWEDTOGOASARAIDERMORETHANTWO
CONSECUTIVETIMES.
Struggle
Whenaraidertouchesadefenderoradefendertouchesaraider,itshallbecalleda
struggle.
Misconduct
Thecommittingofaprohibitoryfoulshallconstituteamisconduct.Abusingandshouting
ontootherteammate,opponentteammate,referee,anymemberoftheorganizing
committeeandmemberoffederationconstitutemisconductandtherewillbedisciplinary
actionshallbetakenagainstsuchplayer.
Warning
Showingofacard(Yellow,orRed)toaplayerbytheUmpireduringamatchshallbe
treatedasawarningtoaplayerforhismisconduct.
YellowCard
AnyplayerwhorepeatsminormisconductshallbeliableforaYellowCard.Suchplayers
shallbeliablefortwotofiveminutessuspensionfromtheplayatthediscretionofthe
Umpire.
RedCard
Anyplayerwhorepeatsmisconductorbehavesduringamatchorotherwisecommitsa
majorviolationoftheserulesshallbeliablefordisqualificationfortherestofthe
match/tournamentatthediscretionoftheUmpireANDTHEONTARIOFEDERATION.
HoldaRaider
DuringthestrugglebetweenRaiderandtheStopperallotherplayerofdefendantreturn
totheraider'scourtuntilthe30secondexpires.Itshallbecalleda"hold"bythe
defender.
SuccessfulRaidAsuccessfulraidshallbeonewhenaraider,aftertouchinganyof
defenderreacheshiscourtorhomesafelywithin30seconds.
Thesidethatwinsthetosshasthechoiceofthecourtortheraid,Inthesecondhalf,the
sideischangedandthesidethathadnotsenttheraiderfirstsendsitsraiderfirst.The
gameinthesecondhalfcontinueswiththesamenumberofplayersastherewereatthe
endofthefirsthalf.

Whenonlyoneortwoplayersofateamareleftandthecaptainoftheteamdeclares
themoutinordertobringinthefullteam,theopponentswillscoreasmanypointsas
therewereplayersjustbeforedeclaring,aswellastwoextrapoints.
Theplayerswhoareoutarerevivedinthesameorderinwhichtheyhadgoneout.
Inamatch,eachteamhastwelveplayersseventakethegroundatatimeandthe
remainingfivearereserved.
Thedurationofamatchisoftwohalvesof20minuteseachincaseofmenand15
minutesinthecaseofwomen,withafiveminutebreakinbetween.Thecourtsare
changedafterinterval.
Thesidethatscoresthehighestnumberofpointsattheendofthegameisdeclaredthe
winner.Ifthere'satie,twoextraperiodsoffiveminuteseachareplayedimmediately.
Thegameintheextratimeiscontinuedwiththesamenumberofplayers,astherewere
attheendofthesecondhalf.
