Operation Techniques 1) Determine cement, foaming agent, water, and/or fly ash and sand mixing ratio according to the roof design requirement. 2) Clean roof top dust, water and debris 3) Roof slope making based on foam concrete layer designed thickness and slope. If the design has no provision slope value available, slope value can be 2%. 4) Sub-grid the junction of roof and parapet, as well as protruding areas into a few compartments 5) Wet roof top; 6) Dilute foaming agent with water in a vessel (1:30); For FM 20, turn the right valve to the right to test foam quality, and turn it back if the quality is good enough for foam concrete. Turn the left valve to the right to start foaming process 7) Mix cement with water (and/or sand, fly ash) in the mixer, and pump foam concrete to the each sub-gridded roof areas. 8) Pump 1.2-1.3 times thicker than the desired thickness, and use a 3 meters long aluminum alloy bar to level the casted surface. 9) Remove sub-grid partitions before foam concrete final solidification. Use a cutting machine to make sub-grid gaps. Sub-grid gap 25mm, and sub-grid area 3m * 3m. Fill the sub-grid gap with cement slurry or PVC sealant. 10) Water conservation when construction after 24 hours, minimum conservation 14 days. Quality Control 1) Foam concrete mixing ratio should be determined by designed strength, construction condition temperature, and etc variables. All raw materials should have consistent quality standards, and strictly control its measures.
