INTRODUCTION
1.1
PURPOSE
System Inventory HEP sub module is also one of components in Co-Curriculum module. This
system will be enhanced at inventory setup, Inventory Approver, Item setup and usage
application tab. This system will add auto trigger function at student and this system also
will provide create report printing function for information and current report. Reports can
be generated to Excel and PDF formats.

1. Insert compulsory detail and press submit detail.

View Application
1. After submit user can view application.
View Application
1. Click edit button to edit application
2. Click Cancel/Postpone button to postpone the application.
3. Click tentative link to add tentative.
4. Click commitee member link to add member.
5. After complete all the details, click Finalize button to submit to
advisor.
Tentative Document
1. Click button add upload the tentative.

1. Click View Application button to view application.
2. Click Budget Allocation button to edit and view activity budget.
