Your Eminence

"Knock and it shall be opened to you", therein lies the hope of humanity. Referring to
my current telephone request, I beg Your Eminence's permission to hand over
documents enclosed with the request to consider my concerns and pass on to the Holy
Father Pope Francis.
Let me introduce myself personally:

Baptized in the name Karin Erika Johanna Luise Kolland, born on 7. 3. 1954 I grew up
as the eldest of five children in a well-guarded family in Austria. My father Lorenz
Kolland was chief forester and the pedigree of our family goes to the Tyrol, the beatified
by Pope Pius XI Franciscan Father Engelbert Kolland, whose father was a brother of
our ancestors in the line of our grandfathers. After graduating from the Gymnasium in
Graz Seebacher and sub-studies of law and art history, I even wanted to start a family.
But my fiance Bernard Dewerchin, a Belgian, was tragically killed in El Salvador when
he as an architect to build a hospital, a development project of the Catholic Church
realized. This painful experience first robbed me of all will to live, but then increasingly
sensitized me to the suffering of others.

In my prayers to God Almighty, arose what I call "my personal entente with God", that
I am committed to serve humanity of my life, when God shows me how to do this.

Well, in short, the leadership of the Holy Spirit I was promoted every year. I learned
little by the systems of thought and feeling, and to see through the systems of language
with their power.

The world is currently suffering from a global crisis, triggered by the fact that the
parameters of law, politics and finance shifted and thus the twisted pillars of
responsibility, undermined and diffracted. This situation threatens not only the survival
of mankind, but also the integrity of the planet Earth. I gained the knowledge that solely
offers a return to our natural roots of freedom and responsibility within the security of
gods creation, a viable solution to the problem.


Can I submit Your Eminence this approach points that demonstrate both the problem
and the solution:

1) God gives with the birth of the living man his confidence and provides him with a
conscience.

2) God has his confidence but NOT given legally constructed artificial "persons",
like companies, firms, corporations, governments or ministrys, in which
(responsible) people are interchangeable. Therefore, legal partnerships, firms,
companies, corporations and governments can NOT be leaders. Only the individual
liable person within the organization is responsible and capable they must also
adhere fully to God and the world compete.

3) God as the Creator of the universe uses evolution to guide us, his creatures and
children in a natural process of development and maturation to the highest royal
dignity and recognition of self-determination and sovereignty.


The history of the last 12 decades shows us that what we call democracy, no real
democracy in the sense of civic self-government is. Throat competition, rivalry and
struggle for power, majority dictatorship and ignorance towards minorities have the
value of "community, as a community of equal brothers and sisters" damaged, and
more and more become the "law of the jungle" the financially fittest.

Value is set equal to price. How very controlling and punitive sanctions with financial
and government systems to humans dominate, enslave and even bureaucratic
expropriate and separated from God and nature, I need not further explain this, we
know it. I would like to refer to the publications of Anna Maria Wilhelmina Sophia
Hanna: Riezinger-of Reitsenstein of Lettow, which are very meaningful.






Humanity is currently dominated by a technocratic system that threatens to become
independent as in Goethe's sorcerer's apprentice! It is therefore high time that the
responsible person, takes the reins in his hand, and the system has in the shrank.


Legislative, judicial and executive branches may no longer be playing ball in the
hands "of parties dependent politicians and employees" who are not able to take
responsibility and are not liable for their actions.

Legislative, judicial and executive branches have to be fixed in their parameters
with the universal principles of order of God again.


About two years ago I joined my inner voice following, in the circle of international
Council one who has come together on the basis of the Founding Fathers of the United
Nations status. All people who come from normal working people, and responsibility are
ready to take over from their heart and conscience out to the freedom and the highest
good of all people and nations to raise their voices and say:

"We are ONE PEOPLE! And we trust in God! "
"We are one human family! And we believe in God! "

The awareness of global respectful community with individual recognition of all races,
cultures, religions and beliefs, is the very essence of the "United Nations" as it was
written in the Human Rights Declaration of 1948. In this forum I came in touch with the
efforts of an Indonesian community that has come together around the historic
monetary authorities Mister SINO.AS Soegihartonotonegoro.ST to reform the global
financial system. The people of Indonesia have been trying already for decades to do it.
The ideal, to let the world go back to a paradise on earth by God's grace full plan,
inspired us.

But enthusiasm and doubt changed, like day and night. Different information, partly
probably also aware of disinformation scattered followers and busybodies, the problem
of many misunderstandings due to poor translations from different languages, mainly
from the Indonesian, severe chronic lack of money besides our purely voluntary activity.
In addition, the knowledge was that behind the scenes, secret negotiations were always
conducted with the leaders and bankers that we, the volunteer delegates but were not, or
only partially informed. So I took one of the first of our group to travel to Indonesia to
meet Mister Sino personally. And I experienced this encounter with the wonderful
people of Indonesia and the hospitality, openness, warmth and simplicity in the
Indonesian royal family, as a long-awaited homecoming in my own soul family.

Your Eminence, I am quite sure that you understand when I say that my heart beats
faster, in the knowledge that God's ways are unsearchable and wonderful. Since that
time I have been working deeply connected in the divine spirit along with Mister Sino.







Our goal is:

The financial system reform completely and replace the fiat money system with real gold
backed currency. There is a master plan that provides all States and relevant
organizations funds, not as loans, but completely free, without interest, without
repayment. (As a bridge for humanity, until perhaps one day money no longer needed in
its current form.)

The funds for states and organizations but only paid to people who are also having to
take full responsibility and accountability! Payments only for personal responsible and
liable human beings!

The Human Obligation: Every person on the planet earth to get the same amount of
money as a base amount directly in person, paid monthly as unconditional basic income.
(No bank is the owner of the money, but only the man himself)


Formation of a "World Governance", run by people in high consciousness of love and
peace that follow from personal responsibility out God's call to serve all people of this
earth. Mister Sino is itself followed the call of God to take the burden of the "crown of
crowns" on himself and he relies on the mandate entrusted to God. I also followed the
call of God. And although I sometimes before my own courage'm afraid, and sometimes
I also wish, "this cup would pass before me," I follow but obedient to the light of the
Holy Spirit and feel led by the love of our Holy Mother Mary and the female force.

The innermost circle of world governance will consist of the sovereign people. The
innate birth-rights of freedom and sovereignty of the people shall be carried by the five
continents: Asia, Africa, America, Europe and Australia.

It is a principle of the highest possible individual and personal freedom within the best
possible community and order created. This perfection of a living natural harmony
needs of love, patience, care for one another as well as the clarity, rigor and proper
checks and balances, in the right measure.

International law is evolving and the United Nations are applicable to the newly unified
Kingdom of God on earth:

already exist in connection with the establishment and implementation of this major
project, in your hands.

Historically, the Holy Father was in its highest God-given function the shepherd over
Law and Order "Urbi et Orbi", the city and the globe. His Holiness was the guardian of
all crowns, and thus all the kings, kingdoms and rulers were subordinate to him. The
Roman Curia the highest jurisdiction was on earth.

THE BIRTH OF LIVING BEINGS,
in the midst of a healthy living nature is the miracle that lays the
inexhaustible universal source of humanity on the planet mother earth
in the cradle.
The design of all men and creatures, from birth associated common
public habitat, on the home planet earth in our solar system,
is called POLITICS.
POLITICS
POLITICS therefore for me has only one purpose:
Natural LIFE and natural HABITAT for all people and all living
beings to protect.
POLITICS must be fundamentally and deeply concerned with the
universal laws of life and nature.
POLITICS has the task of promoting the GOOD and healthy LIFE of
ALL and EVERYONE and all creatures.
POLITICS should never be be used as power or instrument of
domination, but should SERVE in the Divine Life and be for the highest
good for EACH and EVERYONE.

DIPLOMACY
DIPLOMACY is the ART of MEDIATION of harmony, knowledge, insight
and peace in common FREEDOM.
DIPLOMACY, has for me therefore, as a top priority, the qualities of
Love and Charity with respect for the FREE WILL and DIGNITY of
every individual.
DIPLOMACY is the ART to encourage the highest harmonious ORDER
possible, living together peacefully with maximum individual liberty in
the common public habitat.
POLITICS & DIPLOMACY
Politics and diplomacy are therefore in truth QUALITIES to be
exemplified in leaders, who would then be living examples of the
HIGHEST IDEAL. It is best that these qualities should be so clear and
pure that people voluntarily and out of inner insight can recognize and
accept them as meaningful and useful.
In this sense, POLITICS & DIPLOMACY is a spiritual, gently guiding
GOVERNANCE, which promotes the HIGHEST GOOD for EACH and
EVERYONE and all creatures.
POLITICS, DIPLOMACY & GOVERNMENT
Politics, diplomacy and government are not only the concerns of
individuals (rulers, diplomats, politicians, etc.), but are ultimately the
power of AWARENESS and KNOWLEDGE in each person and all
people who share the common living space, both actively and passively.
Therefore, politics, diplomacy and government need, from my
understanding, a COMMON IDEAL, where people who can agree
best on this can VOLUNTARILY pursue and implement it.
The quality of politics, diplomacy and government is seen by the ART of
the implementation of ORDER, LAW, JUSTICE, SECURITY, PEACE
and HARMONY with as few as possible PROHIBITIONS, PENALTIES
and SANCTIONS and WITHOUT countless laws and paragraphs.
The quality of politics, diplomacy and government lies in its simplicity
and wholeness and the right amount by which the highest good, both of
each individual person and of all people, is realized in the community.
Therefore, politics, diplomacy and government need clear and
unequivocal commitments to HIGHEST IDEAL and VALUES.
According to my understanding, any political intention and action should
ALWAYS have at its centre the living entity, with the HIGHEST GOOD
for the PEOPLE.
THE RIGHT TO LIFE
Everyone has a God-given right to their LIFE.
For this life is his body, his emotions, his will, his thoughts, his beliefs,
his religion, his art and his work and creativity.
This means:
Each person must determine itself over his body in all aspects of
physicality, such as food, clothing, medicine, vaccination, sports,
etc. and these decisions may not be considered discriminatory as
long as the good of other people and creatures are not
endangered or injured.
Everyone must live freely with their feelings, likes and dislikes
(sexuality), as long as they do not intrude upon others or their
habitat, or go where not invited.
Everyone has a right to the freedom of his thoughts and free
expression through language, music, symbols and teaching
philosophy, religion and art.
Everyone has the right according to their free will, to make their
own life decisions.
Everyone has the right to free and creative and responsible
working, as long as the rights of other people and living creatures
are not violated.
The right to expression of free will, to self-determination and to self-
ownership must be respected by the politics and government - it is the
RIGHT OF FREEDOM.
THE RIGHT OF FREEDOM
Every person is born FREE.
Human beings are born FREE with EQUAL RIGHTS.
From their birth the people are free and remain free with rights equal to
every other person.
There is no state above the people who would be entitled to rule over
the people under him.
The state is a community of equal, the same from birth, for the purpose
of a good life as possible. (Aristotle)
FREE WILL
FREE WILL was placed each person with his birth in the cradle.
The FREE WILL of the people subject to the eternal universal laws of
life.
THE RIGHT OF FREEDOM means that the FREE WILL of every person
is respected in principle, and each person in turn respects the free will of
his fellow man.
When the FREE WILL of a human meets (and differs from) the FREE
WILL of another person, so understanding, cooperation and consensus
should be sought. If this is not possible, each person has a right to their
own boundaries and moderate self-defence if another person wants to
impose his will.

The habitat of all human beings is the earth in our solar system.
This habitat of all people is therefore heaven, earth, sun, moon (planets
and stars) and the atmosphere elements (ether), air, water, fire, land
and soil as well as the fruits and raw materials of the earth.
WE, as individually different living beings move in a COMMON
HABITAT with the SAME LAW.
WE therefore bear altogether the ultimate responsibility to protect this
space we live in, to maintain and use and enjoy this God-given
naturalness together.
We should make ourselves aware that we are here on earth as GUEST
only and in truth own NOTHING.
Nevertheless, every living being and therefore every man is given of
God a fair share of the common living space to have possession of.
This property brings the highest responsibility to be cared for in its best
possible natural state. Human creativity may also be viewed as a power
of nature, as long as the essential forces of nature are not violated.
ESSENTIAL FORCES OF NATURE
Essential forces of nature must not be injured or destroyed:
Ether, air, fire, water, earth
Natural processes of climate and weather
Receipt of rainforests and jungles, glaciers, mountains, valleys,
landscapes, deserts, seas and rivers in natural form as possible
Conservation of biodiversity and species conservation
Conservation of natural seeds and natural reproduction of
organisms
Power of regeneration and recycling within a maximum of one
generation must be considered in all human interventions in
nature.
HUMAN BEING, THE CROWN OF CREATION
The natural kingdom of God includes the elemental kingdom, the
kingdom of the angels and the kingdom of men. According to the triune
principle of creation, the man deserves one of three crowns united in
the divine kingdom of our solar system and the universe. It is the crown
of the highest love and dignity of the fully conscious and responsible
human being in the human realm, with respect for the kingdom of the
elements and the subtle beings.
Once a person attains highest enlightened level of consciousness, he is
supported by the crowns of the elemental kingdom and the subtle
essences stand by to serve. This person then acquires the highest
divine authority (King of Kings and Queen of Queens) to tend to and
protect the universal principle of order of creation.
HUMAN RIGHTS AND HUMAN OBLIGATIONS
DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS
Article 1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They
are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one
another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this
Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex,
language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin,
property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made
on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the
country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be
independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of
sovereignty.
Article 3.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

These rights also include the duty to observe them towards every man.
This duty is not to be assumed as only for the individual human but also
all forms of institutions and governments, regardless of whether they
are private, religious or public institutions. Since right and responsibility
can be worn only by naturally-born people who are equipped with
conscience and reason, it requires a major change to protect the
sovereignty of the people.
GOD TRUST THE PEOPLE BORN, BUT NOT THE
JURIDICAL AND ARTIFICIAL "CREATED PERSON"
AND TECHNOLOGY
The protection of the sovereignty of the people was previously linked to
being part of a community.
Millions of people are lost without citizenship and their natural sovereign
and innate rights to life and liberty, and are often just driven by state
powers. Refugee dramas of asylum and dependence prove this.
However, countries, organizations and institutions were designed so that
no man, president, chief executive or military general could be used to
be personally liable or responsible if people were injured or killed by
decisions, orders and decrees, or by wars, or if peoples homes, their
work, their livelihood and their land were lost and they were forced to
flee.
Increasingly, the management and control of humanity was also
transferred to anonymously programmed computer systems, thereby
ROBOT and military technical remote controlled weapons without
conscience, without reason and without dignity controlled and injured
the RIGHTS OF PEOPLE.
This unworthy infringing use of technical power, state power, military
power and corporate power against the RIGHTS of people must
therefore be terminated.
Humanity stands at the threshold of a AWARENESS JUMP, which is
probably just as unique and grand as the shift in consciousness from
the geocentric, Ptolemaic world view to the heliocentric Copernican
world view. At that time, a correction of the awareness of the people was
necessary to transform their illusory false consciousness and to
reconcile with the universal truth.
Today is just a correction and transformation of human consciousness
and the resulting misguided civil order required.
HIERARCHICAL COMMAND CHAIN AND HUMAN
CONSCIENCE
To protect the sovereignty of the individual and to assess means:
1. Everyone must stand fully responsible for all his acts and
omissions, at work, in private life and also in the state, the
military and the executive.
2. It follows that all government systems based on the choice
of a party machine, are invalid, unless the governmental
representatives full responsibility and liability for their
decisions they take, including veto rights of the electorate.
3. It follows that majority decisions are only valid insofar as it
must be the minority allowed to apply alternative solutions
judicata, parallel and cooperative solutions are always
desirable.
4. Everyone has the RIGHT and sometimes the duty to refuse
because of his conscience to execute a COMMAND or a
ARRANGEMENT from any agency or supervisor if other
living beings HUMAN RIGHTS, SOVEREIGNTY and
DIGNITY may be injured or threatened by the arrangement
or by himself or others, or other living beings, or if damage
could be caused to the nature or existence of living beings.
This also applies to chains of command of the executive
and the military, judges, prosecutors and lawyers - they can
be held accountable.
5. It follows that the PRINCIPLE of liberty must be taken
seriously in the everyday freedom rights of all people on the
basis of increased personal responsibility, charity,
thoughtfulness and helpfulness.
Each fully mature adult must wear the PERSONAL RESPONSIBILTY
FOR EVERYTHING THAT HE THINKS, SAYS and DOES.
THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE
IN HARMONY WITH THE UNIVERSAL ORDER
Once the person is ready to contribute as a creature of God in the
organizing principles of creation with love and responsibility, for the
highest good of himself, his fellow human beings, fellow creatures and
the whole of his contemporaries, he obtains, according to his vibration
and strength of love, increased authority. This natural authority enables
the people to live in dignity as SOVEREIGN ROYAL.
CVAC CREATION VALUE ASSET CENTER
A person who has attained the crown of sovereignty, the authority of its
co-creators wealth, is aware. He attained the FREEDOM to live his own
CVAC Creation Value Asset Center.
And so his natural authority, wisdom, responsibility and love are needed
and desirable in the community, and this man in FREE WILL is very
happy with his assignment from the universal source of action, which
corresponds to his abilities to SERVE his fellow man and the world
around him.
SOVEREIGN LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY OF
SOVEREIGN
It takes time and patience to learn from the people themselves, to
liberate them from oppression from systems of domination and control
mechanisms, to free them from dependencies and paternalism, in order
to rise to sovereignty.
It takes SEMAR SUPER SEMAR, the SEEDS, GOOD SEED to allow
a climate for the people in every way conducive for royal character,
mental and spiritual awareness and growth.
FREEDOM does not mean to add to the arbitrariness of free will
under the leadership of the ego and the instincts. This is not freedom,
because egoism and selfish impulses reward every man by reaping
what he sows.
FREEDOM means to respect the will of God and the universal order
and to live in harmony with the universal principles of life and human
rights, to take over the willingness and human responsibilities for the
benefit of themselves, of each individual and all living beings in the
community VOLUNTARILY.
POLITICS, which regards itself as NON-GOVERNANCE SYSTEM,
requires DIPLOMACY, as the art of mediation between the male and the
female creative principle recipient.
POLITICS, the freedom, sovereignty and responsibility of each and
all people respected and promoted as the supreme value, which
requires the fingertip sense of a balance between a straight line,
explicitness, clarity, seriousness versus individual leeway, patience,
forbearance and grace.
POLITICS, which has as its goal the highest good of man will not
stand itself in splendor and glory, but kindle the divine light in each and
all people, so that each and everyone shines in true sovereignty and
