Today the world has changed with digital devices, we use for betterment of our knowledge and
quality of life faster communication , and see the world in a different perception, and we the
modern teachers know how new generation of doctors are learning medicine in a new nonlinear
way through digital and social technologies. How will they think different and change the world? If
you think deep The system of teacher and student relation is at stake with creation of Digital and
internet resources as knowledge is manipulated and evolved for better understating of complicated
procedures, the students are many times well communicated than their own teachers, with
privatization of education there are really few teachers know to demonstrate what skills means to
learning, and many of our post graduate students are too good in theory helplessly bad in skills and
talents and performance. I hope that virtual digital learning has many solutions, an area that
fascinates me is how new technologies and the social web appeal to a broader range of learning
styles and personalities. More people are finding they have a voice, just see in the Facebook people
support us and may differ with our ideas, never mind Doctors life and progress is to learn from our
mistakes a second opinion is better and can save a patient, if you have none around you to look turn
to fascinating digital world. In fact, many of the social webs resources, if you are sensible and if we
can make use for better, talented, skilled and knowledged ideas are available with touch of your
smart phones or an iPad , Many people are turning to FACEBOOK and TWITTER. Never forget they
have wonderful resources as you just need not visit Google or Bing to search, every one of us can be
updated in events in Medicine or science as practically life is linked with social networking. I am
always fascinated by the technologies and its innovators there is no wonderful man like Steve Jobs
what technologies means to world even a kid well with an IPad, however we use with many
limitations, Wish to survive in the system THINK DIFFERENT Not only are more ideas being spread by
a wider range of thinkers through these new platforms and technologies, but new ways of learning
are opening up ways to think differently. It was part of Steve Jobs vision to Think Different. The
young doctors should have an ideal digital reader one company that has transformed the textbook
for 21st century learning is Inkling. To think that, in just two short years, more than 150 medical
schools are using Inkling content on iPads to transform the way the new generation of doctors are
learning. Learning with an iPad does not promote linearity of content. In the change of world fast
foods and light weighted books we have to opt with digital content for learning at even the few
minutes times in hectic career of a true resident. A certain category of people learn well from
books, but many people dont. We think we can do away with the notion of someone who is book
smart, and bring people who dont learn well from books into the fray of being fantastic academic
