Scope of Work

1. At first a user has to enter a URL provided by DNS.

2. After entering the URL, a user will be able to login through his/her pre assigned user name and password.
There will be 3 to 4 different users.



3. After logging in, the user will select a specific date range:













4. The user will then be able to see the quantity of each model sold within the specified time period
under Handset Sales section:

























5. Under the Handset Model Section the user will be able to enter, edit and remove model names for each
individual model as shown below:






















PRICING

One Time Development Cost:

BDT 30,000/- (One Time Cost)

Monthly Recurring Charge:

If SMS data is stored in DNS server

Data Slab Cost:

Cumulative Data 1,00,000 SMS or below: 30,000 BDT per month

Cumulative Data over 1,00,000 SMS and below or equal to 2,00,000 SMS: 30,000 BDT + 20,000 BDT =
50,000 BDT per month

From next onwards, for addition of every 1,00,000 SMS, 10,000 BDT will be added to the previous
amount and charged per month.






TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment Method : Pre-paid
Initial Payment : 100% in advance at the time of giving Purchase Order/ Work Order
Lead Time : 15 working days
Others : The above amounts are net to DNS. If TAX, VAT or any other Govt. Levies
applicable, will be charged extra.
Minimum Contract Period : 24 Months
Pre-matured Termination : Customer have to pay 100% of the remaining contract period
Price Quotation Validity : 1 month from the date of this proposal
Payment Through : A/C Payee Check to DNS Software Limited.
