In the Holy Quran, Allah Almighty says:

God creates nothing without purpose or in vain or in play.

(38:27).
Nothing is purposeless in this universe. There is always a purpose and
meaning associated with every single thing in this universe. Our life is
also full of meaning and detonation. Thinking that this life is just inane
is not only a sin but also sheer ignorance.
What now is life is the question. They say its from B to D. From birth
to death. But whats between B and D? Its a C so what is a C. It is a
choice. Our life is indeed a matter of choices. Live well and it will never
go wrong.
I believe in what Emerson says:
The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be
honourable, to be compassionate, and to have it make some difference
that you lived and lived well.
Living an aimless life is, without a shadow of a doubt, a big sin. One
should have some bourne in this life so that he could not only prove his
worth to the world but also help the people in the world. And our
religion, Islam also teaches us the same thing. Once, Holy Prophet said:
Islam is kindness to Allahs creation.
Everybody has some aim in life. I believe that it has already been
inscribed in his genes on the time of his birth by Allah Himslef.
I also have a certain aim in my life and my aim is to make a peaceful
Pakistan. My aim is to change Pakistan. My aim is to cease the war in
Pakistan that has resulted in countless casualties. My aim is to bring
smile on the faces of my people, who have been stricken with grief,
sorrow and melancholy since eternity. Well yeah, my aim would seem a
little impractical but I, being the follower of Hazrat Muhammad, am
optimistic that when you try for something with determinism and
passion, you can certainly have it.
Dalai Lama has rightly said:
Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you cant help
them, at least dont hurt them.
It sends a chill down my spine when I read about a bomb blast in my
sweet homeland, about a murder in Balochistan, about a drone attack in
Waziristan, about a target killing or kidnapping incident in Karachi or
about a political fight in Islamabad. The people of the world only
associate the word, terrorist with Pakistanis. These despondent news
keep on stabbing my heart all the time.
Man is indeed a savage creation of God. God gives us this life to help
others, to share happiness with others but we just spend our entire life
hurting others. Is this humanity?
Sad Sadarker has aptly said:
Ours is a world of nuclear giants and ethical infants. We know about
war than we know about peace, more about killing than we know about
living.
In Pakistan, terrorism has assumed a frightening form. Nobody can walk
safely down the road. Every day, a son, a daughter, a mother or a father
dies just for nothing. Do their lives mean nothing?
All these activities badly need to be stopped. The worst thing is that
everyone looks on the other to make any effort. I think that such attitude
makes us a slave of our own selves. Government cannot do everything.
We ourselves need to bring a change.
Recognizing our aim is one thing and materializing it is another. Seeing
dreams requires that you leave no stone unturned to make them true.
Diana Ross has rightly said:
You cant just sit there and wait for people to give you that golden
dream, you have got to get out there and make it happen for yourself.
