1. G.O.Rt.No.239, Housing (RH.A1) Department, dated 10.10.2011.
2. From the MD., APSHCL Lr. No. 5151 / APSHCL / E&P / R2 /
2005, dated 26.12.2011.

ORDER:
In the G.O.1

read above, permitted the Managing Director, AP State
Housing Corporation Limited, for meeting the stage wise payments for
construction of houses to SC / STs in respect of laying of AC Sheet / Tiled
roofing for the houses taken up in interior and inaccessible areas as detailed
therein.

2. In the reference 2

read above, the M.D., APSHCL among other things
requested the Government to amend the G.O.Rt.No. 239, Housing (RH.A1)
Department dt: 10.10.2011, permitting payments in stages as indicated therein
and also requested to issue orders wherever Tiled / AC Sheet roofing has been
permitted, beneficiaries can use GI sheet also and accordingly the payment
schedule in Col.5 thereof will be applicable for Tiled / AC Sheet / GI Sheet
roofing.

3. Government after careful consideration, hereby accord permission to the
Managing Director, AP State Housing Corporation Limited, for meeting the
stage wise payments for construction of houses to SC / STs in respect of laying
of Tiles / AC Sheet / GI Sheet for the houses taken up in interior and in
accessible areas as detailed below:

4. The Managing Director, AP State Housing Corporation Limited, is also
requested that wherever Tiled / AC Sheet roofing has been permitted,
beneficiaries can use GI sheet also and accordingly the payment schedule in
Col.5 above will be applicable for Tiled / AC Sheet / GI Sheet roofing.

5. The Managing Director, AP State Housing Corporation Limited, shall
take further necessary action in the matter accordingly
