Before starting the debate competition, I will announce the rules of debate
1. During the debate, dont produce any disturbing sound
2. During the course of speech, the audience is not allowed to get out of the room or to
talk
3. For subtantif speech, the time keeper will knock once at the first minute, twice at the
fifth minutes, and continuously knocking at the sixth minutes
4. After first minute, POI is allowed until fifth minutes
5. The time keeper will anounce each speech duration after the speaker has finished the
speech
