I. Humanitarian Crisis in Pakistan

Te Republic of India believes that all forms that undermine or violate human rights should be immedi-
ately abolished from our world. All human beings are entitled to life, liberty, and security. It is the responsibilty
of a state to protect its people by law and constitution. Recalling the Resolution of General Assembly No. 217 A
(III) which asserts that non of any states, neither group nor person to have any right to act in any activity or to
perform any act that aimed at the destruction of any rights and freedoms. Republic of India would like to press
the United Nations to provide support for combating against human right violations.
As the most stable democracies in the 3rd world, Republic of India is always tried to form this country
as a sovereign and democratic country with guarantee a freedom of its citizens to obtain in: social, economic,
political, religious, and social equality as written in the preamble to the constitution of the Republic of India in
order to achieve a sense of brotherhood and unity of the country. Tis indicates that India, as one of the found-
ing members of the United Nations, to support the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Te Delegation of India would like to emphasize to the United Nations and the delegates from around
the world that form of violence, hatred, inequality, and greed that occurred in Pakistan, is a violation of human
rights and should be immediately eliminated. Te United Nations then should provide solutions to any issues
that exist in Pakistan.
Additionally, Te Delegation of India would also committed to decrease the level of crimes against the
people of Pakistan, including religious minorities, women, men and children. With full of support in develop-
ment of the government institutions in attempt to restore and reinforce the governance of the country. And with
comply basic needs and protect fundamental rights, including providing shelter, health care, food, and security.
In an attempt to overcome the energy crisis and the economic problems being experienced by Pakistan,
Republic of India, along with the United Nations to give support to Pakistan to immediately eliminate the tax
on oil in order to lower prices and cut in half the cost of electricity to the civilian population in period of 3 up to
5 years into the future and utilize coal as the new source of alternative energy in order to develop the country.
Economic development and prosperity is directly related to law and order and peacefulness in a country.
In order to bring rule of law back to the society, Pakistan government must convince the Pakistani people that
Law and Order is not a war, but rather a form of power and the precautions to be favored. Law must always pre-
vail, therefore an intervention should be succesful and both of the government and people should avoid uncer-
tain commitments.
Subsequently for the political issues in Pakistan, the government have to try to rebuild broken political
