*1) The payment for 3 year participation is divided into 2
instalments. The first instalment that is to be released at the
beginning of first year of display that carries the total amount
of first 2 years. The balance amount shall be released by the
exhibitor at the beginning of 3
rd
year.

undertaken by the advertising party
