he will be able to see all the old session which were there previously But Same
is not happenig in SAP as SAP does not allow him to reconenct to the same sessio

This issue is being reported during the perticuler transaction during the Month
End and same issue was reported with other team member who was doing the similar
transaction

box in sap where it got disconnect

Citrix team has confirmed If user reconnect to Citrix and connect to same server
,he will be able to retrieve all the old sessions which were there previously.
However, same is not happening in SAP as SAP does not allow him to restarts the
same session with old transaction.

As per Cesar (Sap) if SAP got disconnect for any reason .End user would not be
able to reinitiate the old session And need to terminate old session to start n
ew session.

The current issue which is being reported only during the Month End and with spe
cific transaction Code(tcode: ZLB4 uses program: ZSAPMZF40L) which take longer t
ime( more then 7 hours) to fill the data and then execute the transaction. And d
uring the execution end user disconnects from the SAP. Similar issue was report
ed with other team member who was performing the similar transaction during the
previous Month End

As per Cesar, their might be a possibility for disconnecting the SAP session in
cases it is reaching out to the maximum time limit for opening the dialog box w
hich is equal to 2 hours Means if we work in SAP and running any transaction wh
ere criteria or parameter for Tcode is too big. And it is handling big amount of
data and taking more then 2 hours, will be canceled by the SAP application .

Since it seems to be more functional issue in SAP rather then technical issue ,
It would be assigned to the primary as Apps QTC Sales for further deep diving .
