Las vigas Superslim pueden utilizarse para
montar configuraciones de encofrado recto,
curvo, cnicos u otras configuraciones ms
complejas: RMD Kwikform suministra
soportes para instalar pasillos de acceso en
paneles de encofrado. Tambin se usa
Superslim cuando se utiliza una cara de
encofrado de madera contrachapada junto
con una de las vigas de madera o vigas
secundarias de aluminio de RMD Kwikform.
Las vigas Superslim son ideales como vigas
primarias en apuntalamientos o andamiajes
para soportar la construccin de losas de
hormign armado.
Como pueden ensamblarse prcticamente a
cualquier longitud, las vigas Superslim se
utilizan frecuentemente como
apuntalamientos regulables de traccin y
compresin, adems de apuntalamientos
verticales.
Utilizando abrazaderas, tubos de andamiaje
y otros accesorios, las vigas Superslim pueden
ensamblarse con facilidad en estructuras y

This socket can be fixed to the concrete slab in two ways, either using a
sacrificial HKD-S M16 Socket Anchor (FAU10101) with M16 x 40mm HT Setpin
(BNU16007) or an M16 Excalibur Bolt (FAU10054). Maximum spacing of
2500mm centre to centre
Note: The M16 Excalibur are not left in the concrete after use and bolts can be
reused several times, depending on the strength of the concrete into which they

1.4 Ultraguard Handrail Post 1200mm (SAX11200

The post has an easy fit socket connection that is used
throughout the Ultraguard range of components. The anti-lift plate
is pressed by the toe of the boot, then it slides down the tube and
wedges itself over the kicking strip. For lightness the tube is made
from aluminum, the anti-lift plate made from steel for strength and
durability.

Used on falsework on primary beams where the secondary beam height is
150mm to 165mm high. Again attached to the top flange of the aluminum beam
and supports widths of up to 100mm. Takes a standard 48.3mm scaffold tube

Used to fix the Ultraguard Post and Barrier to the edge of a concrete slab and
parapets to a maximum thickness of 650mm. The clamp is set to approximately

Used to fix the Ultraguard Post and Barrier to the common size range of Steel
Beams. Simple to adjust with the two screwthreads. Clamp is set roughly to the
size of the beam flange then tightened in-situ, via the jack handle on the
horizontal clamp and a podger bar for the vertical socket. It has fine vertical and
horizontal adjustment to accommodate beam sizes up to a 914 x 419mm.
