Force Integrator/Chief of Operations Deputy Commander - Afghanistan

Responsible to the NTMA/CSTC-A Deputy Commanding General for Police development for the
management of all aspects of Afghanistan National force structuring, equipping, manning, training,
sustaining, deploying, stationing and funding to include representing the operational commanders in the
generation of force structure to include priorities for allocation, impact on readiness, impact assessments, and
authorization documents and force generation plans.
Coordinated, synchronized and resolved force generation challenges across NTMA/CSTC-A, International
Security Force (ISAF), ISAF Operations Forces (SOF), ISAF joint Command, the Afghan Chief of Police
and Ministry of Interior and advises the Senior Leadership on the Counter Narcotics police of Afghanistan
and Afghan Anti-Crime Police pillars on the effective integration and coordination of efforts to stand-up,
train and equip effective subordinate units. Advises in developing a trusted partner relationship with the
deputy ministers and Afghan Police leader and the advisors who partner these leaders to include being a
trusted advisor, force integration, confidant and advocate to the units with-in the Anti-Crime Pillars.


Advised in developing, maintaining and defending organizational program data and ensures validity of
authorization databases to include maintaining a close, cooperative relationship with the various NTMA,
ISAF, and IJC staff directorates within NTMA/CSTC-A to ensure efficient support to the 21 unique police
units with-in the Afghan Anti-Crime Pillar.

Maintained a close, cooperative with the US Government Agencies, the International Community, Non-
government Agencies and the Minister of Interior. Assisted in managing a $450 million donor program from
various coalition partners which support the Afghan Drug Control Strategy by influencing, guiding and
directing Afghan national activities, providing counseling, being available, accessible and credible.

Performed detailed assessments and analysis of strategic deployments/redeployments of military personnel
and cargo across all theaters of operations in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring
Freedom.
Responsible for producing briefings to Senior Army Leadership for assessment of global current operations
and served as weekly operations briefer to the DCSLOG, Army G4.

Staff Logistician -
Lead the Brigade Log section with an authorized strength of 6 soldiers to include one AGR supply NCO as
well as managed all logistics matters for the Brigade to include property book of over 3 million dollars.
Planned, implemented and executed the Commanders CSDP program and kept the Commander informed for
all Brigade missions, to include all maintenance issues/operations.
Supervised and monitored all Maintenance systems within the Brigade and ensured the Brigade was in
compliance with regulations, policies, procedures and Army regulations and command directives as
applicable as well as internal and external evaluations.
