Developing Performance-Related Incentive Scheme (PRIS)

Stakeholder Consultation Process

(a) The purpose of this research instrument is to gather the views, opinions and suggestions of the stakeholders,
which could serve as valuable input for developing a robust PRIS for use by public-funded scientific
establishments. It is envisaged that the outcome of the study would also be a useful input to the Seventh
Central Pay Commission.

(b) Words incentive, award and reward are used interchangeably in this form.

(c) Respondents need not sign this form any where. They need not fill in their name, if they do not wish to.

(d) Individual responses would be held in confidence. Only synthesized data and aggregated information would
be used for analyses and inferences.
