Dept. of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India (GoI) sponsored Study on Developing Performance-Related Incentive Scheme (PRIS) for Promoting Basic Research Stakeholder Consultation Process
(a) The purpose of this research instrument is to gather the views, opinions and suggestions of the stakeholders, which could serve as valuable input for developing a robust PRIS for use by public-funded scientific establishments. It is envisaged that the outcome of the study would also be a useful input to the Seventh Central Pay Commission.
