General Disclaimer:

and you are urged to return this Software immediately for a full refund. Also, if you are not

satisfied with this Software, you have the right to return this Software for a full refund within
30 days with proof of purchase.

of one (1) year and may have to be upgraded from time to time. Free updates may be

with your intitial purchase. Since we cannot upgrade for you, the responsibility to upgrade
lies with
the purchaser of this licence.
3.This Software and any other Software Program by Zentrum Publishing is made and
distributed
only for Educational Purposes.
Special Rights:
Within your own home or small business, you may use one licence to run this Software on
two
computers. In this case, contact Zentrum Publishing to obtain a second Registration Key.
Otherwise, a single licence is intended only for a single computer. If you lose the
Registration Key
for this licence a new one will be supplied.
If You were unable to review this Licence before obtaining and installing the Software
Program
and if You do NOT agree with the Terms and Conditions of this Licence Agreement, You
can
return the unused Product of a full Refund providing a Registration Key was never obtained
or issued.

Loss of Data, Loss of Information, Damage to Database:

A free databank (MDB: Database-Tools) is available to licenced owners of any Zentrum
Publishing natural healing software product. You can use this databank to enter your own
information. However, you are solely responsible for backing-up and securing the
information
you are adding to this databank. In case any loss of data or information has occured, Zentrum
Publishing cannot be held responsible for such loss.

Backup Copy:
A Backup Copy may not be necessary since your initial purchase may include Free
Upgrades.
Therefore, if an installation was lost, You can FIRST obtain a new installation file from a
Zentrum Publishing website and may SECOND be able to download a newer, upgraded
version
of the Software Program.
Of course, You can make Backup Copies of you files as well as the original installation of
setup
file for the Software Program. A Registration Key can be supplied after any new installation.

Copyright for Backup Copies:

The Shareware (unregistered / unlicenced) version of this Software may be copied only
under the
following conditions:
1. The Shareware must be in it's original unregistered state.
2. The Shareware must not be tempered with or altered in any way.
3. The Shareware must not be decoded, decompiled, or disassembled.

You may NOT copy any of the information contained in the Shareware:
Once licenced and fully-functional, this Software may NOT be copied in any way and you
may
NOT copy any information contained in this Software. You may NOT upload this Software,

In no event will Zentrum Publishing be held responsible for any kind of perceivable harm.
Zentrum Publishing will not be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect or

damages to your Software, Hardware, Finances, Body, Mind, Soul, Family, Friends, Visitors,
Children, Animals, Co-workers, or Strangers.
Disclaimer of Responsibility:
Even so we believe that the information contained in this Software is correct, neither
Zentrum
Publishing nor any of the Pharmaceutical or Medical Advisors resume any responsibility for

The software programs mentioned in this Licence Agreement are the property of Zentrum
Publishing and Zentrum Publishing continues to own the software. At the same time,
however,
we acknowledge your rights as outlayed in the agreement above. Zentrum Publishing also
acknowledges special rights as a result of special laws or limitations set by various countries.
In no case shall Zentrum Publishing's Liability exceed the purchase price of the Software.

Changes to this Licence Agreement:

Zentrum Publishing reserves the right to make changes to this Software Licence Agreement
from time to time or whenever found necessary.
The new Licence Agreement will be immediately valid for all Software Programs.
The previous Licence Agreements of such out-dated Software will be immediately replaced
by
the most recent Licence Agreement.
In the same way may a Free Upgrade immediately replace out-dated information of any kind.
As our software evolves, so will this Licence Agreement. As this Software becomes
outdated,
so too, will this Licence Agreement. Only the most recent Licence Agreement is always
valid
and can be obtained at any time by email request from Zentrum Publishing.
