All praise to Allah (SWT) and I would never have been able to finish my
dissertation without His blessings, the guidance of my teachers, help from friends, and

excellent guidance. I'm today submitting my internship report, at the end of my first
pragmatic experience and I'm glad to have it with Bank of AJ&K. I had a new,

Preface

The purpose of this internship program is to provide a chance to students with
practical applications of theoretical concepts taught to them during conduct of their
course of study.
During the course of the discussion, it explain me the Scope banking sector with
respect to Globalization in future .The topics having aroused my curiosity, discussions
were held with several people in the Banking Sector to understand the veracity of the
above thought process and also understand the real issues plaguing the industry. It is
strongly hoped that this project covers not only the various requirements of the Project
Study but also of the Banking Industry. Now I am feeling the great pleasure in delivering
this project because of better understanding of Banking and their financial products and
their benefits
The report is comprised on nine chapters which include introduction of bank, its
management, branches, product and services offered, financial statements, SWOT
analysis and at last concluded with problem and suggestions. This Report may show
some deficiencies on my part but still it is an output of a students efforts, for which I
apologies.
