系統開關機作業流程 作業流程及連線異常處理程序

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

開機程序( SYSTEM POWER ON PROCEDURE )

一. 打開 console 電源( Turn on the main stitch of console )

Console main switch 電源開關

二. 打開 VT 電源及 PFG 模組電源( turn on main switch of VT and PFG )

PFG Enable switch 啟動開關 VT Heater on switch 加熱線圈開關

 三. 打開 Dell 390 電源開關, 登入使用者名稱及密碼進入操作介面確認系
統狀態欄顯示 Idle 表示系統連線正常, 若顯示 Inactive 則表示系統連
線異常, 請參考連線異常處理程序.
Turn on the main power switch of DELL 390, type the user name and
the password to login into the operation environment, make sure
the status display “IDLE”, if not please follow the lost
communication troubleshooting guide to establish communication
between PC and console.

關機程序( System shut down procedure )

一. 開啟一個 terminal 終端機視窗 ( Open a terminal )
二. 輸入 su acqproc 將系統連線作業移除.( Type “su acqproc” to kill
the communication process )
三. 下拉 action 選單, 選取 log out 選項, 後選取 shut down 選項完成電腦
關機作業( Click on the “Action “task bar and select “log out”.
Check the shutdown button and click OK in the pop-up window)
四. 關掉 VT 及 PFG 電源開關( Switch off VT and PFG power supply )
五. 關掉 console 電源開關.( Switch off the console power supply )
六. 完成關機作業( System shut down )
連線異常處理程序( Lost communication troubleshooting guide )
連線異常發生時, 你可能會發現點選 lock scan 時無藍色的 lock 信號出現或
lock 信號呈現一條直線, 系統處理速度過慢及系統不接受你所下的命令,為了
能確保你所做的動作正常有效, 請依以下步驟進行重新連線作業.
During lost of communication, you may encounter the following:
i. when you click the lock scan button you can see only a blue straight
line instead of the blue lock scan wave form;
ii. the processing speed of the computer is slow;
iii. or it does not accept any command;
Do the following steps:
一. 開啟 terminal 終端機視窗.( Open a terminal window )
二. 於 terminal 終端機視窗下輸入 su acqproc( Type the command “su
acqproc”)
三. 此時系統會出現 stopping Acquisition communication 的字樣.(You
will see “stopping Acquisition communication” message.
四. 壓下 console 內 Master 電路版上的 reset 鈕. (Press the reset button
at the master board of the console.)

五. 於 terminal 終端機視窗下再次輸入 su acqproc.(type “su acqproc”

again at the terminal window.)
六. 檢查 VnmrJ 操作介面中狀態是否為 Idle, 若為 Idle 則完成重置作業,
若否則進行步驟七.(Check if VmnrJ is in idle state, otherwise go
to step 7)
 七. 關閉 VnmrJ 操作介面.(Close VnmrJ software.)
八. 開啟 terminal 終端機視窗並輸入 su (Type “su” in the terminal
window.)
九. 依指示輸入超級使用者名稱及密碼.(Key in the super user password.)
十. 此時 terminal 的提示符號會變成#. (There will be“#” prompt when
you logged in.)
十一. 輸入 cd /vnmr/bin (Type cd/vnmr/bin)
十二. 輸入./setacq.(Type ./setacq)
十三. 此時 termianl 會出現以下文字(the following will appear:)

The Network Port to Console = eth1, subnet = xxx.xxx.xxx

The Network Port to main net = eth0, subnet = yyy.yyy.yyy
Please make sure both console and PC are connected.
One moment please...
Stopping Acquisition communication
The download step may take a minute or two
Do not reboot the console during this process
downloading 9 files to the acquisition console.

以上程序可能耗時 3 至 5 分鐘,在等待時請勿進行任何 reset 或開關機動作.

在完成上述程序後將會顯示下列訊息.(This will take 3 to 5 minutes. DO NOT
PRESS RESET OR DO OTHER OPERATION. When it is done, the following will
appear :)

十四. 若以上作業失敗, 出現錯誤訊息, 請壓一下 master 電路板上的
reset 鈕進行重置作業, 並重覆連線異常處理步驟乙次.(if there
is still no communication, press the reset button at the
master board of the console and repeat the above steps.)
