Roof Opening Panel Operation
The roof opening panel assembly uses an integrated
motor and module to operate the roof opening
panel. The roof opening panel is an electronically
operated glass panel that has one-touch open,
one-touch close and one-touch vent features.
To vent the roof opening panel, the roof opening
panel must first be in the CLOSED position. Press
and release the TILT control switch. The roof
opening panel will move to the VENT position
automatically. To close the roof opening panel from
the VENT position, pull and hold the TILT control
switch until the glass panel stops moving.
To open the roof opening panel, press and release
the SLIDE control switch. The roof opening panel
will open automatically. The roof opening panel
movement can be stopped at any time by pressing
the switch again.
To close the roof opening panel, pull and release
the SLIDE or TILT control switch. The roof
opening panel will close automatically. The roof
opening panel movement can be stopped at any time
by pressing the switch again.
Bounce-Back
The roof opening panel has a bounce-back feature.
If an obstacle has been detected in the roof opening
panel as the sliding glass is closing, the roof
opening panel will automatically open and stop at a
predetermined position.
