submitted in case of both civil as well as criminal case.

In a civil case, the documents to be submitted by the both parties are:
A) Plaint by the plaintiff or complainant
B) Written Statement by the defendant
C) Legal Documents
In a criminal case, the various documents submitted in case of :
1. Petty Offences
A) Pleading Guilty
B) Absent Application
C) Warrant Recall
D) Advance Petition
2. Heinous Crimes
A) First Information Report.
B) Findings by the Investigating Agency.
