Operate in Senior capacity to manage Logistics functions in 14 distribution sites in North America, Central America,
Latin America. Responsibilities include:
Global Trade Compliance development of Import/Export Compliance and SOP for internal processes. Denied
Parties Screening, HTS classification, Export Control Classification Number, Customs Valuations, Entry Audits,
Surety Bond control/VAT, USPPI, Importer of Record.
Business Development -- ensure all incoming new business programs are fully Trade Compliant and provide
business development risk mitigation. Establish Logistics Modeling, Cost, and Best Practices for all programs.
Program Management Execute global Program Management strategies relating to Supply Chain / Logistics.
Carrier Management established Preferred Carrier Network, for all modes of transportation corporate wide.
Oversee Quarterly Business Reviews with selected carriers. Manage strategic partnership with global carriers.

2004-2011Director of Global Logistics, Telmar Network Technology (prior to acquisition by Jabil, iQor). Manage
Distribution Center operations including:
Shipping, Transportation, Production Control, and Quality Inspection departments relating to order fulfillment

Coordinate and prioritize all outbound transactions and daily activities.
Wrote Process and Packaging standards to improve efficiency and sustain 98% OTD, 0.02% damage return rate.
Eliminated out-sourced 3rd party logistics provider by bringing in logistical functions in house.
Implemented changes that turned Transportation expenses from a net $1MM loss to profitability.

--Responsible for planning, supervising, and directing all logistical duties, including shipping staff, domestic and
international shipments, and movement of helicopters. Key decision maker directly involved with over $1MM in
transportation spend annually. Developed and implemented procedures to ensure the expeditious materials handling
and transportation of products to, from and within AEC. Assign duties to the appropriate personnel within the
traffic/shipping departments. Negotiate transportation cost and freight rates with motorfreight and airfreight carriers,
as well as forwarders and brokers. Ensure employees are provided with proper training under DOT/OSHA regulations
for the safe handling and transportation of hazardous material. Assumed all duties of previous contracted employment
of DAHER Golden Eagle.
