Be
Interact with over 400 potential customers! Set up a booth to showcase your products or services. The
conference will use a staggered break schedule to provide exhibitors with over 3 hours of direct interaction!
There are a limited number of spaces available for both non-profit and commercial vendors with prices
starting as low as $50.00 (before discounts). Exhibit space will be awarded in order of response so act quickly!

Door Prize donations


Every year, participants say they love the door prizes! Donate a set of your products, a gift certificate, or
something you would think the target audience will love! Every participant will know of your contribution to the conference through the conference program book, door prize station and social media! See
page 3 for more information!

Conference bag advertising!


Swag, schwag, promos, trinckets, tchotskies, chotzkies... whatever you call them, participants love the
goodies they find in their conference bags! We encourage your business to send 400 useful, adorable, or
fun promotional items to fill the conference bags! This is a FREE opportunity to be visible to conference
attendees. If your promotions are flyers or magazines, you may also submit 400 copies with a minimum
donation of $25. See page 3 for more information!

Registration & program book advertising


Be seen! Registration brochures are sent to over 2,000 early childhood businesses to share with their
staff. Programs are put in the hands of every attendee and are a great way to maximize exposure for
your products and services, and to build booth traffic. Advertise in one or both! See page 4 for more
information!

Other sponsorships
Sponsorships are a great way for Child Start and your business to come together for a mutually beneficial
opportunity! Perhaps you want to see your company logo on all of the program materials, on signs, emails
and more. Maybe you could provide a service or product free or at a steep discount as trade for advertising
to this very specific target audience or you would like to see your staff in their work shirts volunteering around
the conference. Growing With Children has many opportunities to work together. Here is a sample list of
custom sponsorship ideas that can be pulled together in a package or done individually:

I have a unique set-up and I dont need tables, what do I do?


We encourage fun displays! Please do your best to determine how much space you need and let us know.
Most exhibit spaces are about 8 wide and just 4 deep. If you need more space you may need to purchase additional
tables . We are happy to work with you on your needs! Contact Paula Fernandez at pfernandez@childstart.org.
When can I set up?
Friday, March 7: 3:00 p.m.- 4:45 p.m. - building locked down at 4:45 p.m. Must exit building at this time.
Saturday, March 8: 6:45 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. - participants enter at 7:00 a.m. directly into exhibit hall!
Please let us know when you want to setup so we know how many volunteers to recruit. Please make sure your
set up is completed by each ending time as we lock the doors
Where do we enter for set-up?
I absolutely need an electrical outlet! How can I confirm?
Three tips:

3. Bring an extension cord and a multi-outlet surge protector
What times will we have potential customers?

Take down needs to start at 1:30 p.m. and be completed by 3:30 p.m.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you let us know as soon is possible if you cannot make it.

Important Information!
1. In order to be listed in the program, the donation commitment section must be received by January 23, 2015.
2. Total discount only applies to exhibitor space, flyers and advertising. Discount cannot be applied after payment is processed.
3. Either the item or a photo of the item with a donation commitment section must be received by February 10, 2015 for social
