Time order.

Types of Business letter (Working Practices)
3.1 Letter from a customer to a Bank
3.2 Letter to a customer from a Business hour
3.3 Enquiry letter & follow-up letter, quotation
3.4 Confirmation letter of an order letter
3.5 Acknowledgement letter, compliance letter, letter of offer.
