3III.2 RecommendationSaran
The author believes that Corporate Internship is a good program which will be
useful for the students but as well as the company and the university. However,
there are several things that the author wants to suggest for the company and the
university. Here is the recommendation for those parties:
1. For the company
The requirement for student must be more specific so that, students know
whether a position is appropriate for them or not. This condition also give
a positive benefit because company will not giving extra effort to training
the student when they meet the requirement that perfectly match with their
job responsibilities.
2. For the university
University need to provide a specific soft skill training for a specific
industry with different requirement. It will be useful for student before do
internship.
