FLOTROM Engineering Skills & Design Solutions is born with a mission to enhance the knowledge of
students in latest technology which help the students to achieve success in their career. The main
focus of the institute is always to provide quality training to the students by the support of our
experienced faculties with industrial experience, so that the students can fit themselves in industry.
The Institute is formed with aim to enhance engineers across India with latest technical competence
to the emerging knowledge economy and help pool of youngsters to educate and have an edge in
the fiercely competitive employment market in India.
We has initiated working with engineering colleges in India to invest in education and ensure
employability and productivity of candidates right from day one and for extending technical
education and technical jobs to college students.

FLOTROM Engineering Skills & Design Solutions take an incentive to aware engineering students
and institutions about career orientated program and conduct a free one day workshop in various
fields like EHV-Substation, Oil & Gas Electric System Design, Piping Layout & Design, Heating
Ventilation & Air Conditioning and Automation Design. It opens the doors for freshers engineering
candidates to these sectors.

We have designed two types of term courses for providing both basic & insight knowledge in these
fields which are 6 weeks industrial training program & 6 months industrial training & placement
solution for the students who are either pursuing engineering (final Year) or have been completed
the college.
We are determining to provide Quality Training & good Infrastructure to the students. The students
who will successfully clear the course will be awarded with a Professional certification at the end of
training.
