Franchise
Contract:
Responsible
for
understanding,
interpreting,

enforcing

procedures

outlined

the
Franchise
Agreement.
Proficient
in
explaining
and
assisting
in
an
arbitration
process
with
Franchise
Partner.
Act
as
mentor
to
less
experienced
District
Managers
on
both
oral
and
written
communication
with
Franchise
Partners.
Facilitate
effective
marketing
and
brand
development
efforts:
Serve
as
primary
operational
support
in
all
in-store
marketing
communication
and
execution.
Understand
and
drive
Franchise
Partner
understanding
of
marketing
plans
and
initiatives.
Partner
with
the
Marketing
Department
to
lead
Franchise
Partners
to
the
right
conclusions
in
an
effort
to
drive
sales
and
profits;
Serve
as
liaison
between
Tutti
Frutti
Support
Office
and
Franchise
Partners:
Deliver
company
objectives
and
regional
goals
and
ensure
they
are
communicated.
Clearly
communicate
Company
direction
and
mission
to
Franchise
Partners;
Ensure
Franchise
Partners
support
and
develop
customer-focused
culture.
Participate
and
provide
an
operations
perspective
in
menu
development
and
execution.
Assist
new
store
development
and
renovation
process
by
liaising
with
general
contractors
and
Franchise
Partners
as
required
including
attendance
at
local
meetings
Responsible
for
final
walk
thru
upon
completion
of
store
construction
to
complete
report
and
follow
through
on
deficiencies;
