Adult Education Committee

The next meeting of the Adult Education Committee will be on
Sunday, January 3rd at 4:30 pm in the Community Room.

Well, what a year! 2009 for most of us will go down as a very
eventful year. I know that I began 2009 with a sense that this
would be an exciting year. I had NO idea! When you give
yourself to God, He always has right of way to take us on a
ride. For a lot of us, 2009 was a year that God said, “Get in
and hang on!”
For some of you, 2009 was one of the best years ever. For
many others, 2009 was a year of loss. Some of you have
gone through some of the toughest moments of your life.
The good news is, you are still standing. Standing by the
power of the One who said “I will never leave you nor forsake
you.” As I have said, and many of you have testified, God
has been with us all the way in 2009. As we look back, we
exclaim: God is so faithful!
So we now look to 2010. What will it hold? What might
happen? We have two choices: to respond in fear or in faith.
We choose faith! So what should we be doing? Today I will
tell you a simple plan for success and peace in 2010. It’s
actually what God says He requires of us in this life. If we will
listen and apply these truths into our lives, I guarantee that
2010 will be a year of power, productivity and peace! May it
be so in 2010!
