Please find below your regular update on QD consenting and master-planning of property
developments within Aucklands SHAs.

Consenting qualifying developments in SHAs


The Housing Project Office:
is working with developers on 46 qualifying development pre-applications, with the potential
yield of 3,112 new sites and dwellings
has approved, or is considering 80 consent applications for 1,385 new sites and/or
dwellings.
The below tables summarise recent activity within SHAs, including consents granted and those
under consideration which will result in additional sites and dwellings. In addition to these, a
number of consents enabling future works in SHAs have been received in October, including
earthworks and infrastructure consents.
