Troubleshooting
If your electric blanket fails to heat,
please check the following:
1. Check that the power cord is properly
connected to the power outlet and the
power is switched on.
2. If the electric blanket is plugged into a
residual current device (RCD) that is
plugged into the power outlet, ensure
that the RCD has not been tripped.
You may need to reset the RCD in
order for it to supply power to the
electric blanket.

Spot Cleaning
Small areas of the blanket can be spotcleaned with neutral wool detergent mixed
in lukewarm water. Sponge the affected
areas twice with clean water to remove
detergent. Remove excess water by
compressing the wet area between two
dry towels and line dry.
FEATURES
Hand washing
Fold and wash the blanket in lukewarm
water (under 30 C) with a neutral detergent. Soak for 15 minutes, then gently
squeeze the detergent solution through the
fabric. Rinse thoroughly in clean, lukewarm
water then drain excess water from the
blanket. Do not wring.
Machine Washing
Fold and presoak the blanket for 15
minutes with a neutral detergent in
lukewarm water (under 30 C). Wash on
WOOL or DELICATES cycle with a neutral
detergent in lukewarm water for 2 mins.
Do not use high speed or extra spin cycles.
Machine drying
Tumble dry your blanket on LOW setting
for 20 minutes MAXIMUM. Remove the
blanket while it is still damp and ensure
the blanket is smooth by gently pulling
any creases out of the fabric. Do not dry
with a hairdryer or heater. Line dry and
ensure the blanket and control sockets
are completely dry before use.
Line Drying
Drape the blanket across several lines
of your clothesline. Do not use pegs,
or clips of any kind. Do not dry with
a hairdryer or heater. Ensure that the
blanket and control sockets are
completely dry before using again.
Storing your blanket
Your blanket is suitable to use as an
underblanket on your bed throughout
the year. When not in use, simply remove
the controls and store them until they are
needed. If you wish to completely remove
the blanket from your bed when not in use,
roll or fold it loosely and store in the bag it
was supplied in. Always allow the blanket
to cool down before folding and storing.
Do not crease your blanket by placing
heavy items on top of it during storage.
