3.BindingAgreement:InordertoentertheContest,youmustagreetothetermsandconditionsofthe

andyouwithrespecttothisContest,pleasereadthemcarefully.YoumaynotsubmitanEntrytothe

on11:59:59P.M.PacificTime(PT)onNovember14,2014.Entrieswillbeacceptedfrom12:00:01A.M.

6.HowToEnter:ContestantsmustsubmitatleastonephotoviaInstagramorTwitterbetween12:00:01
AMPacificTime(PT)onOctober22and11:59:59PMPacificTime(PT)onNovember12tobeconsidered
foroneofthefiveprizes.WinningphotoswillbechosenonNovember15byapanelofjudgesfromZagat.
Toqualifyforconsiderationforprizes,contestantsmustInstagramortweetaphotoincludingthehashtag
#ZagatDallasandagreetotheOfficialRulesoftheContest.

7.Conduct:ByenteringtheContest,youagreetocomplywithandbeboundbytheseOfficialRules,which
willalsobepostedontheWebsite.FailuretocomplywiththeseRulesmayresultindisqualificationfromthe
Contest.Youfurtheragreetocomplywithandbeboundbythedecisionsofthejudges,whicharefinaland
bindinginallrespects.ZagatreservestherightinitssolediscretiontodisqualifyanyEntrantitfindstobe:

8.JudgingandSelectionofWinners:JudgingwillbedonebyapanelofZagatemployeesorpartners
broughtinforspecificallyjudgingwinnersofthecontest.Photoswillbejudgedontheappealofthefood,
restaurantlocation,oranyotherphotographedelement.Winnerswillbeselectedthebusinessdayfollowing
theclosureofthecontestaspertherulesregardingtimeofsubmission.

PotentialwinnerswillbenotifiedoftheirwinningstatusviaInstagramorTwitterthedayaftercontestcloses.
Exceptwhereprohibitedbylaw,eachpotentialwinnermayberequiredtosignandreturnaDeclarationof

Sponsor.Ifrequired,potentialwinnersmustreturnallsuchrequireddocumentswithinseven(7)days

andZagatisnotliable.Ifthetotalcostislessthanthatamountwinner(s)willNOTreceiveanyadditional
fundsordifferencebetweentheactualamountandthatamount.Totalapproximatevalueupto$250USD
perprize.

OddsofwinninganyprizedependsonthenumberofeligibleEntriesreceivedduringtheContestPeriodand

OFFICERS,EMPLOYEESANDASSIGNSHARMLESSFORANYINJURYORDAMAGECAUSEDOR
CLAIMEDTOBECAUSEDBYPARTICIPATIONINTHECONTESTAND/ORUSEORACCEPTANCEOF
