Abstract
This research is aimed to study working motivation related to employees quality of work life: A
case study of Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited Headquarters. The samples used in this study were
392 bank staffs. The questionnaires have been used as the data collecting tools and variety of statistical

analyses such as percentage, frequency, correlation Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient
and Regression analysis. The results can be summarized as follows.
The results found that the majorities were female 71.9 percent, aged between 20-30 years 42.9
percent, education at bachelor degree 70.9 percent, status as single 58.2 percent, working period of 4-6
years 29.8 percent and income per month between 20,001-25,000 Baht ; 25.5 percent. The motivation
and quality of work life as overall were at the high level.
The hypothesis testing found that motivational factors were related to quality of work life overall
were 70 percent and maintenance factors were related to the quality of life overall 81.8 percent at
statistical significant of 0.05 level and the motivation were correlated with the quality of work life of
employees at high level at statistical significance of 0.01level.
