Abstract
This article aimed to study the work happiness concept to motivate people. It used content
analysis technic to study. It found that Relative Virtue Concept (RVC) was one of concepts that could
operate in any organizations, and it consisted of knowledge, kindness, discipline, sincerity and justice. If
this concept could practice in any organizations, it might make that organization was happy and might
follow Hierarchy of Work Happiness which had 4 aspects such as Job, Work Environment, Opportunities
and Successful Life.
