Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study the factors associated with the leader selection
and, guidelines developing the factors associated. Sample of 400 five scale rating questionnaire. The

Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: Factors associated with the
leader selection, of Klong Si Sub-district Administrative Organization, Klong Luang, Prathum Thani in
overall was at the high level ( X = 4.00, S.D. = .335) while considered in details found that the aspect of
personal engagement was at the higher, followed by ability of the candidate aspect. Candidate policy
aspect legal ease of using elections aspect and public relations aspect, respectively. 2) The people
election with the Leader The overall level considering it was found that individuals decide on their
candidates and decide not to select candidates respectively. The level has factures correlating with the
leader election in the overall decision. Statistically significant at the .01 level, and when considering the 6
sides of the factors that influence the election, and two of its leaders decided to found a positive
relationship between all sides. Statistically significant at the .01 level except for the ability of candidates
statistically significant at the .05 level.
