Application:

Working Principle:
In the grinding mill, air is driven into the undersurface of the grinding ring and flows upward, carrying
fines to the classifying section. The classifier allowed the pulverized material to pass and the oversized
particles are drove back to the grinding chamber for further processing. The whole mill operates under
negative pressure conditions, which can maximize the service life of major mechanical components.
Thus minimizing mill maintenance and plant housekeeping problems have been solved.

Four technical advantages:


1) The press springs with balancing and pressurized function and the forming resilient connection with
steady and vibration reducing function are invented into our machines. The symmetrical roller assembly
is connected by horizontally-placed spring rod. When the large materials impact one roller assembly, to
keep balance, the radial force will pass to another roller assembly, which is on the plane of symmetry
through spring rod. Under this condition, the whole devices bearing is improved to be 40% on the other
mills; and the forming resilient connection can reduce the vibration and noise, also it can avoid
resonance.
2) The powder classifier adopts high density impeller, which can increase precision of powder and
capacity. It has been proved that: under fixed spindle speed, to enhance the density of impeller is to
enhance the fineness of final products. In other words, when the fineness of final product is fixed, the
spindle speed of high density impeller is lower than the low density one. Thus under the same power, our
machine can reduce resistance of airs flow, the capacity can be improved more than 50% over the
traditional one.
3) There is high-efficiency and energy-saving blower installed on our machine. The efficiency of
prismatic blade equipped on the traditional machine is only 62%, but the efficiency of the energy saving
blower, whose impeller and blade are both stamping, is 85%.
4) There is convenient impeller adjusting device. The clearance between housing and ending of powder
classifiers blade also effects fineness. Our mill is convenient to adjust the fineness.

MTW Series Trapezium Mill


MTW series mills obtain international advanced technology as well as

1. bevel gear integral transmission: The traditional mill needs decelerator
and ratcheting to drive the
main shaft that increase the centering difficulty and is easy to bring noise
as well as reduce the efficiency. MTW series mills adopt bevel gear
integral transmission that compact the whole structure and simplify the

2. Inner light-oil lubrication system: The traditional mills lubrication

SCM Series Super Thin Mill


Introduction:
SCM series super thin mill is on the bases of our companys
production experience for more than 15 years. We absorb advantages
from the same trade abroad and at home. We review, research and try
on 12 kinds of mills and horizontal hammer crushers. And finally we
developed this high-efficiency and low-cost super thin mill by
investigation and trial.
This grinding mill is a equipment which produces thin powder and
super thin powder. It is applicable to non-flammable and non-explosive
materials with hardness less than 9, such as calcite, chalk, limestone,
dolomite, kaolin, bentonite, talcum, talc, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite
vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, barite, gypsum

Structural characteristic:
The whole system of the flour mill consists of main unit,
deceleration machine, classifier, blower, hammer crusher,
dustpan elevator, electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, impulse
dust cleaner, piping device, cyclone collector device,
classifier, high-pressure motor and muffler.

Working principle:
The main motor drives main axle and every layer rotating by
reducer. Dail drives numbers of rollers rolling and rotating in the ring by pintles.
Big materials are crushed into smaller particles by hammer crusher. Then they are sent to store house
by elevator. The electro-magnetic vibrating feeder send the materials evenly to the middle of the upper
dial. Under the function of the eccentricity, the materials scatter to the side of the circle and fall into the
ring to be pressed, crushed and milled into pieces by rollers. After the first crush, materials fall into the
second and the third layer. The pumping of the high-pressure centrifugal blower put the outside air into
the machine. The coarse powder will be brought into the classifier.
The rotating turbine in the collector makes the coarse particles fall back for regrinding. The fine particles
will come into the cyclone collector with the airflow and discharged by the discharging valve on the
bottom of the collector. They are the final products. The airflow with little dust will be discharged through
blower and muffler after being purified by the cyclone collector.

Main structure
The main structure consists of classifier, roller, millstones, pressurization device, deceleration machine,
motor, shell body, etc. Separator is one high efficiency and power saving cassifier device.
Roller is the main part to grind the materials into powder. The millstone is fixed at the output shaft of the
decelerator which is the space material grinded by rollers. The pressurization device which brings
pressure for the rollers to grind the material.

Working principles of the Vertical Mill CLM:


The motor dives the grinding table to turn through the speed reducer. At the same time, hot air comes
into the roller mill from the air inlet. The materials fall down the centre of grinding table from the feeder.
Because of the centrifugal force, the materials move to the edge of grinding table from the centre .The
materials are crushed by the grinding roller when by pass of the groove on the grinding table. The
crusher materials continue to move to the edge of the grinding table until taken away by the airstream.
Then the bigger materials fall down the grinding table and the process of crushing continues. When the
materials in the airstream pass the separator on the top of the mill, the materials fall down the grinding
table from the taper filler under the force of guide leaf blade. The fine powder comes out with the
airstream, and is gathered by the dust catcher of the system. The powder gathered is the final product of
roller mill. In the process of the contact of airstream , the materials are dried to meet the clients need at
the proper moisture.

Through the adjustment of the angle between the separator and the leaf of winds

direction (not suitable to the small type of vertical mill), and also the speed of the separator rotor, it can
reach the proper fineness of the materials.

Introduction:

Ball Mill

Ball mill is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into


fine powder. The Ball Mill is used to grind many kinds of
mine and other materials, or to select the mine. It is widely
used in building material, chemical industry, etc. There are
two ways of grinding: the dry process and the wet process.
It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type
according to different forms of discharging material.

Application:
The ball mill is the key equipment for regrinding. It is widely used for the cement, the silicate product,
new type building material, fire-proof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass,
ceramics and etc. Our ball mill can grind ore or other materials that can be grinded either by wet process

or by dry process.

Working Principle
This ball mill is horizontal type and tubular running device, has
two warehouses. This machine is grid type and its outside
runs along gear. The material enters spirally and evenly the
first warehouse of the milling machine along the input materia
hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there
is a ladder scale board or ripple scale board, and different
specification steel balls are installed on the scale board, when
the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force ,at
this time , the steel ball is carried to some height and falls to make the material grinding and striking.
After grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for
regrinding with the steel ball and scale board. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material
board and the end products are completed.

Features and benefits


This machine is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part, (decelerator,
small transmission gear, generator, electrical control) and so on. The hollow axis adopts the cast steel
and the lining can replace , the rotating big gear processes in the way of casting rolling gear. The barrel
