FITTINGS
Fitting SR3000 is a single piece closing system with 1, 2
or 3 locking points devoted to a reinforced security
of sliding window systems and doors.
It is available in 2 versions : with adjustable
hook (SR3000R) or standard (SR3000)
A connecting rod for a 4th point locking is adaptable
to both SR3000 & SR3000R series.

Fixing with SFS/SPT

Always ensure that the choice of the fixing

is made according to the profile design
and required performance.

It is important to ensure that a minimum

wrenching resistance of 200daN for
two fixing screws (1 hook) is respected.
Be sure that the keeper fixing achieves
this performance.
Screw fixings:
when directly fixed on the thermal break,
the tightening torque must not exceed
what the thermal break can stand to
avoid any decrease of pulling resistance.
In case of use of tapped rivets to crimp,
the advised tightening torque is 3 Nm.

made before inner handles.
1- Install the outer handle equipped with its
spindle in opened position.
2- Insert the two screws through the central
mechanism and tighten until the screw head
comes into contact with it, (do not block).

WARNING :

Mounting of inner handles

The mounting of inner handles has to be made

after outer handles.
With an operating outer handle, use the
spindle provided with it.
1- Install the inner handle with its spindle,
in opened position.
2- Tighten the two press-screws through the
central mechanism with a 2.5 hexagonal
wrench (tightening torque of 1 Nm).
