3.1 UPS operation method changeover test

3.1.1 Changeover from main AC to DC
Check if DC voltage is normal or not, DC switch is at close status, shut off main AC power, check indication lamp for rectification
and charger on control panel is on or not. Inverter performance is normal, measure and record UPS single electric output:

3.1.2 Changeover from DC to AC by-pass

Check if by-pass AC voltage & frequency is normal or not, by-pass switch is at working position, shut off DC power, inverter
lamp is off, static by-pass lamp is on, at that time UPS power is supplied by DC by-pass. measure and record UPS single
electric output

3.1.3 Changeover from by-pass AC to maintenance by-pass

Check if maintenance by-pass AC voltage & frequency is normal or not, open by-pass switch on control panel, close
maintenance by-pass power switch, close system and static switch, at that time UPS power is supplied by manual by-pass.

3.1.4 Changeover from maintenance by-pass to by-pass AC

Check if maintenance by-pass AC voltage & frequency is normal or not, by-pass AC is at working position, static by-pass
Indication lamp is on measure and record UPS single electric output:

3.1.5 Changeover from by-pass AC to main AC

Check if main AC voltage & DC is normal or not, turn on main AC, UPS self-diagnostics procedure, start up rectifier/ charger,
corresponding lamp is on. Close DC switch, start up inverter, corresponding lamp is on. measure and record UPS single electric

3.1.6 Changeover from main AC to by-pass AC

Check if by-pass AC voltage & frequency is normal or not, shut off DC switch firstly, then shut off main AC power, UPS change
to by-pass AC automatically; static by-pass indication lamp is on. Measure and record UPS single electric output.

3.2 UPS Normal Shut Down Test

Press shut down button for a long time, inverter will shut down, shut off DC input switch, shut off rectifier input switch, after
about 5 minutes, the voltage of DC main bus decreases to below 20V, shut off by-pass input switch, charger/ rectifier lamp is
off, rectifier / charger shut down.
