ACHIEVEMENTS

The Swedish Institute Scholarship, academic years 2013/2014 and 2014/2015. The
scholarship was awarded to highly qualified students outside of the EU.
Title Student Typically Distinguished in 5 Aspects by Vietnam Union of Students,
in 2010, 2011. The title was awarded to students who were typically distinguished
in: academic achievements, social activities, soft-skills, physical fitness and
participation in international events.
Title Extraordinary Youth by the University of Science, in 2011. The title was
awarded to students who had outstanding academic achievements and actively
participated in school activities as well as social activities.
4th prize in Student Scientific Research - Eurka by Hochiminh City, in 2011. It
was the municipal contest to encourage scientific research among students.
Excellent prize in Scientific Research Garden by the University of Science, in
2010. It was the school contest to find innovative ideas for future scientific
research.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
-

Member of the Swedish Institute Network for Future Global Leaders (SI NFGL)
Participated in the 9th ASEAN Youth Cultural Forum 23-27 May 2011 in Yogyakarta,
Indonesia. It was an annual cultural event held in South East Asian countries for
cultural exchange among the youths.
Volunteered to donate blood, in 2011. It was a humanity campaign to collect an
adequate amount of blood for hospitals to save people.
Blue Summer Campaign, in 2009, 2010. It was a voluntary campaign to help the
society in many ways, such as teaching orphans, building wooden bridges in poor
villages, cleaning streets and polluted rivers, etc.
Spring Volunteer, in 2010. It was relatively similar to the Blue Summer Campaign
but was held in springs and usually involved helping the poor have a decent Lunar
new years holiday.
Jogging for Traffic Safety, in 2008. It was a movement to raise societal awareness
about traffic safety.
