Hit 90.
Go to Veiled stairs and talk to The Black Prince.
Get quests for honored rep and Sigils
Go to The Timeless Isle and begin the quest chain.

Use any doubles you have of the Gear tokens.
You are shooting for 463 ilvl, if you do not have the ilvl spam heroic dungeons to get the justice
points for :
Cloaks(1250jp)/Rings (1250jp) (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=68000)
Rings(1250jp)/Trinket(1750jp)/Boots(1750jp)/Belt(1750jp)

After hitting 463 ilvl head to Isle of Thunder. Complete the first solo scenario. If you have a friend look
for a rare (http://i.imgur.com/9VIRBBk.jpg). Killing it should give you the Key to the Palace of Lei Shen.
If you are solo look for a Trove of the Thunder King.
The key is used for the quest given by Taoshi on the island. Watch this video to get an idea of how to
complete the run, you have 5 minutes to gather as many chests as you can.

Ideally you want to shoot for 20 Elder Charm of Good Fortune, but at minimum you need 16. 16 allows
you to reroll gear on every boss in the first tier of LFR. Fewer than 16 only roll on bosses for which you
did not receive loot, e.g. if you get 14, you cant roll on 2 bosses, so abstain from 2 rolls and use them on
bosses that have items for slots you need to upgrade.
Also be on the lookout for the following rares:
Ship
Evermaw
Archerus of Flame
Huolon
Cinderfall
Return to the Timeless Isle, While queueing for MSV, HoF and ToES kill Gulp frogs on the island to get
Timeless Coins and Epoch Stones. You are shooting for 12,000 Timeless Coins before you finish all of the
first tier of LFR.
(You should hit 50 Lesser Charms of Fortune during this, use them to get 3 Warforged Seals from the
charm maker below Shrine. Use one Seal to Reroll a celestial kill, you do not need to be in a raid group
to get loot, just tag it.)
Turn the 12,000 Timeless Coins in to 12 Mogu Runes of Fate via Mistweaver Ai. She is beside Emperor

First Week at 90
Shaohao on the East side of the Celestial Court.

These will give you enough to reroll each boss in Throne of Thunder once. You are now shooting for 496
ilvl. If you do not reach 496 ilvl at this point, fill in any gear with the Justice Point vendor gear above.
Weapons are also a big drain on ilvl, you can get more Mogu Runes of Fate and re run the LFRs if you
are unlucky. You can reroll each boss as many times as you have Runes of Fate, however you only get
free loot on the first kill.
At 496 you can queue for SoO LFR. You should have all of your Sigils of Power and Wisdom at this point.
Farm for Black Prince rep in Diremoor on the Isle of Thunder and Turn in the Honored and Sigil
Legendary quests.
