TERM AND CONDITION

1. Importer shall pay in advance for duties & taxes.
2. Payment term is 15 days upon issuance of billing invoice.
3. Insurance of the cargoes against for the account of importer will be co-insured as its third party
contractor with waiver of Subrogation rights.
4. Any extra work requested besides the stated scope, shall be discussed and agreed upon in
writing by both parties.

5. All booking details must be inform in advance prior shipment arrival/departure to avoid problems
and delays in document processing and truck schedules.
6. For clearance and delivery of import shipments, we assume that all pertaining documents and
BOC requirement
are in order.
Documentation:
A. Bill of Lading - original or certified thru copy
B. Invoice/Packing List or Shipping instruction- original or certified true copy, endorsed by importer
C. Import Permit from other concerned government agencies if necessary
Lead Time of processing
A. Import Sea- 2-3 working days
B. Import Air- 1-2 working days
7. Brokerage shall not be held liable for service failure, damages, loss or pilferages due to the
following reasons:
* Acts of GOD and natural calamities.
* Fortuitous Events.
* Strikes.
* Lack or breakdown of equipment
8. Brokerage assumes no legal responsibilities if shipment incurred storage and demurrage charges
due to the following
Reasons:
* Late or lack of required documents.
* Shipment under question by the Bureau of Customs.
9. Total amount charges are depend on actual shipment volume.
