Curatorial Assistant in Herpetology (September 2014 present)
Responsible for reorganizing specimens according to updated amphibian taxonomy.
California Academy of Sciences
Curatorial Assistant in Herpetology (August 2013 August 2014)
I worked closely with the staff in Herpetology, helping catalogue specimens, sub-sample tissues
for loans and produce sequences for various projects.
Volunteer Experience
New Brunswick Museum
Research Associate (2012 present)
I worked closely with staff at the New Brunswick Museum, and in particular with Dr. Donald
McAlpine. I provided valuable specimens and the first amphibian tissue samples for the museum.
Nature Trust of New Brunswick
Steward of Hyla Park
As steward of Hyla ParkCanadas first amphibian preserve my responsibilities involved
monitoring human activities in and around the park, contributing to management plans, and
educating the public about the parks history and its important inhabitants: frogs!
