Plaintiff will move for an order to return property seized from Plaintiffs person on or around the

18 FEB 2012, by members of the HOUMA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT. The property

receipt number is: B-51281-12. The property sought to be returned is as follows:

(1) Glock model 30 .45 caliber handgun serial number: PEC 469, (1) inside the waistband

concealment Crossbreed Glock type 45 caliber holster, (16) Winchester Ranger 45 Automatic

230 GR. T-series ammunition, and (2) Glock magazines.
