~ Vision ~
We have moved into a new era of education. No longer is it acceptable to teach the way we were taught. As an
educational leader, I believe that we must all learn from one another. Students and teachers are educators and
learners alike. I also believe that the knowledge of all of us is greater than the knowledge of one of us. We
have to collaborate with all stakeholders to create learning environments that open doors to creativity and
innovation. We all must have a voice and advocate for student learning. Our students need the tools and
confidence to compete in a global society. As a leader, I must collaborate, build a culture of learning through
modeling, and encourage a growth mindset among students, teachers, families, and our community. I want to
create an environment where everyone learns through investigation, mistakes, and perseverance.
