OBJECTIVES:
To be competent in giving patients care needs.
To practice and perform leadership and management in actual settings.
To experience how to be a head nurse in responding to my staff concerns.
To be able to help my staff in giving correct and proper interventions to each patients
with different problems.
5. To resolve any difficulties that might occur in the area of duty.
6. To be more responsible to the actions committed by my staff and to avoid making a
mistakes.
7. To learn how to communicate effectively my staff to promote good relationship between
