That Jaris Hayden , in violation of Section 576.020, RSMo, committed the class D felony of acceding to corruption,
punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011.1(4) and 560.011, RSMo, in that on or about October 9, 2013, at 222
S. Florissant Road, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant, being a corrections officer,
knowingly accepted from J.W. a benefit, namely, sex acts, in return for his violation of his known legal duty as a
correction officer, namely, helping J.W., a confined person, to escape from custody.

That Jaris Hayden , in violation of Section 566.145, RSMo, committed the class D felony of sexual contact with an
inmate, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.011, RSMo, in that on or about October 9, 2013, in
the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant was assigned to work in the City of Ferguson, a jail, and
knowingly had sexual intercourse with J.W., an inmate of the jail.

inmate, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.011, RSMo, in that on or about October 9, 2013, in
the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant was assigned to work in the City of Ferguson, a jail, and
knowingly had deviate sexual intercourse with J.W., an inmate of the jail.

punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.011 and 560.011, RSMo, in that on or about October 9, 2013, at 222 S.
Florissant Road, in the County of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant was a correction's officer, a public
servant authorized and required by law to have charge of any person charged with or convicted of any crime, and the
defendant knowingly permitted J.W., a person in custody at the City of Ferguson to escape.
