COURSE DESCRIPTION: The course deals with the concepts, principles and theories of nursing care management of sick clients across the life span with
emphasis on adult and the older person, population group in any setting with alterations/problems in inflammatory and immunologic
response and perception and coordination.
PRE-REQUISITE: NCM 103
TERMINAL COMPETENCY: At the end of the course, given actual clients with problems in inflammatory and immunologic response and perception and
coordination, the student will be able to provide safe and quality nursing care to various clients through the utilization of the
nursing process and the observation of the nursing standards in the care of clients.
