The first thing we do is slip our feet into booties (shoe covers) to keep the floors clean. We also
bring in drop cloths to keep your floors and carpets free from dripping water while working.

for homes up to 2 stories or less plus power washing
the exterior of the home for 2000 square feet or less.

PRESSURE WASHING SERVICES

This service is a great thing to do to enhance the curb appeal to your home. It can pro-long your
expensive paint job, and it restores it back to its original color while removing spider webs, grime, algae
and most hard stains that accumulate on the surface of your home. It's also good for PATIO
ENCLOSURES, DRIVEWAYS, DECKS, GARAGE DOORS, and FENCES. This service is recommended twice per
year for homes.

About My Company
Here is just a brief history about my company. I have been in business professionally since 1999, but I
have been cleaning windows since age of 12, before I started my window cleaning business I managed
Noahs Bagels, a small breakfast spot in Pacific Palisades California. I started developing relationships
with clientele and soon started cleaning windows for them part time on the weekends just to make a
few extra bucks. Since my customers were really pleased and satisfied with my services they referred me
to their friends and family and my business slowly but surely grew more and more. Soon thereafter I
began to place small Ads in the local news papers in my city and I began to get enough calls to where I
was able to quit my day job and clean windows full time. I was so excited about my new business
venture that I told everyone about it and I hired other people who were interested in the business of
cleaning windows. My customer base consisted mostly of residential customers at first; in addition I also
serviced commercial properties too.
After cleaning windows for some time I realize that there was a large market for pressure cleaning along
with washing windows. So I decided to integrate pressure cleaning services too because the two go hand
and hand. We pressure wash exterior of homes, steam clean driveway areas and patios areas. My
company has grown so much over the past 14 years. Our Service areas are: Los Angeles, Inland Empire,
and Orange County cities. Whether you hire my company or not, I am happy that I have had the

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A WINDOW?

A double hung window that slides up and down, or side to side is one window.
Windows with three panes are considered two windows.
Sliding glass doors (each door panel is considered one window).
(French doors) Each door is considered a window.
Kitchen bay windows are 10.50 to clean insides and outsides.
Skylights (If accessible) 11.50 to clean insides and outsides.
Louvered windows (Up to six slats cleaned for 11.50).
Standard window dimensions are measured 5' by 4' or less.
