COMPANY PROFILE
23 To Infinity is a Sole Proprietor Business owned by Ms. Tiffany Kim, located at 313-E De
Borja St. Lapaz, Pateros, MM, 1620. It is a merchandising business that sells the trendiest and
fashionable women's apparel. The business adapts the calendar business year. 23 To Infinity
caters to customers aged between 23 and above, selling its apparel through well-known
retailers such as Forever21, Girbaud, Levis, Cotton On, H&M, Mango, Human, Bum
Clothing Co., Celine, Broadway Gems, Kamiseta. The net income of our company for the
first year are expected to be nearly 150,000 per month, assuming all other factors that affect
the clothing industry are held constant. The name 23 To Infinity is derived from the fact that
our target market are women at the age of 23 and above, we aim to make all people feel
young and always feel like they are still 23 years old from the clothes that they buy from the
store. The business mission is to build long term relationships with customers and clients
and provide exceptional customer services by pursuing business through adaption in the
innovations and changing trend of the fashion industry. Ms Kim envisions being able to
provide quality and trendy clothes that will exceed the expectations and preference of our
esteemed customers.

WORKFORCE
The current employees of the business are twenty in total. Ten of which are employed as
permanent employees in order to supply the labor needed for the initial business set up. The
number of employees is expected to increase in the coming months. The tax table in the
Integrated Accounting was ignored because the Tax Table defaulted in the system is not
applicable in the Philippine settings, therefore the SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth
contributions were computed manually. The current labor workforce consists of the

Salaries are paid twice a month. The deduction of SSS is done every payment of salary, while
PAG-IBIG is only deducted on the 30th of every month, and PhilHealth is deducted every
payment of salary. The deductions are computed from the updated SSS, PAG-IBIG and
PhilHealth table.

INVENTORY PRODUCTS
Inventory products were chosen for they are the trending clothes for this season. The
inventory will be changed every 2 fiscal quarter and all remaining inventories will be sold at
a discounted price. Inventories were grouped together according to the supplies. The ratio
used for cost ratio was 60:40, in order to derive a 40% profit from each inventory item sold.
First-in, First-out was chosen for the Inventory Costing option.
